Kursen syftar till att ge en förståelse för varför underhåll är viktigt och hur det påverkar ett företags resultat. Först kommer vi att behandla förebyggande och avhjälpande underhåll, för att sedan gå vidare till underhållsresurser och hur underhåll planeras och administreras. Slutligen kommer vi att diskutera hur underhåll kan följas upp och påverka företagets resultat.

Entry requirements

Quality Management (1ZT003) 7,5 hp, Engineering Economics (1ZT002) 7,5 hp and 15 hp worth of mathematics within the program (Calculus for engineers (1MA132) 7,5 hp, Basic Mathematics for engineers (1MA131) 7,5 hp, Linear algebra for engineers (1MA133) 7,5 hp, and/or Probability Theory and Statistics (1MA201) 7,5 hp), or the equivalent.
