Business to Consumer Marketing - value creating customer relations During the semester four modules are given which focus on advanced tools which can be used in order to create value for the customer. The modules are given entirely in English and the course is also given as the fifth semester of the Marketing Program the students of which you will take the course together with. The studies are advanced and the academic level of writing high. There are several different types of examination, but writing papers is a major component.
Students applying for the course within the Marketing Programme need to have 52.5 credits passed in following courses: From the Perspective of the Customer, 30 credits. The Offering, 30 credits. and English B/English 6, or the equivalent. alternatively, Minimum 80 credits Business Administration of which 55 credits should be with focus on marketing. Courses in Economics, Statistics (including time studies and regression analysis), and law should be completed.
