The course has an international perspective on corporate governance. The course introduces corporate governance from a corporate and macro perspective. Further, the course covers how corporate governance can be improved and the role of stakeholders.
Entry requirements
Completed courses of 120 ECTS, of which at least 90 ECTS in the subject area Business Administration, with at least the grade Pass. This must include the following courses: Management of business (O0017N) 7,5 ECTS and Strategic management (G0011N) 7,5 ECTS, or equivalent knowledge. Good knowledge in English, equivalent to English 6/level 2.
