Entry requirements

In order to meet the general entry requirements for first cycle studies you must have successfully completed upper secondary education and have documented skills in English language. Exemption for Swedish A and B / Swedish 1-3. and for admission to this course the student must also have attained at least 90 ECTS, of which at least 60 ECTS in jurisprudence/law. The following courses should be included in this and be completed entirely with at least a passing grade: - Introductory course in real estate brokering (N0037N) 7,5 ECTS, - Basic law for estate agents (J0030N) 15 ECTS, - Building technology (K0011B) 7,5 ECTS, - Land law (J0036N) 15 ECTS, - Real Estate Agency 1 (J0050N) 7,5 ECTS, - Commercial law for real estate broker (J0054N) 15 ECTS, - Public regulations of Real Estates (J0033N) 7,5 ECTS, - Real Estate Valuation (R0018N) 7,5 ECTS, - Taxation Law (J0028N) 7,5 ECTS, or equivalent.
