Kursen handlar framför allt om vektorrum av oändlig dimension. Den oändliga dimensionen leder till många konvergensproblem – linjär algebra möter analys. Kursen ger en stabil teoretisk grund för att formulera och analysera linjära problem.
Entry requirements
M0047M Differential calculus 7,5 ECTS, M0048M Linear algebra and Calculus 7,5 ECTS, M0049M Linear algebra and Differential Equations 7,5 ECTS, M0055M Multivariable Calculus 7,5 ECTS or their equivalents. Passed in Swedish and English corresponding to the general entry requirements for first cycle studies. Principles of M7026M Mathematical Analysis 7,5 hp or an equivalent is recommended but not a requirement.
