In the course you will deepen your understanding of work organisational change, why companies do organisational changes, how they do and what effects that have on work environment. You will get a base for how to lead an organisational change project.

Entry requirements

Completed courses of at least 120 credits, with at least the grade Pass. This must include the following courses: Ergonomics 1 (A0015A) 7,5 credits, Industrial Production Environment (A0011A) 7,5 credits and Product-and Manufacturing Design (A0013A) 7,5 credits, or equivalent knowledge. Production and Work Organisation (A7008A) 7,5 credits is recommended. Proficiency in Swedish, equivalent to Swedish 3/level 3.
