<p>The aim of the course is to deepen and broaden students' knowledge of consolidated accounts and annual reports in groups. By creating an understanding of how consolidated accounts are prepared and what alternative methods can be used, the course will lead to increased knowledge of how consolidated accounts are produced and to a better ability to analyse consolidated accounts. The course covers topics such as the techniques and logic of preparing consolidated accounts, solving consolidated accounting issues based on relevant accounting standards, and theoretical perspectives on consolidated accounts.</p>

Entry requirements

Företagsekonomi 1-60 hp, varav grundkurs i företagsekonomi 1-30 hp (FEKA90) eller motsvarande och fortsättningskurs i företagsekonomi 31-60 hp (FEKG11, FEKG21, FEKG51, FEKG61 och FEKG91) eller motsvarande.
