<p>Today’s businesses need to continuously develop their ways of organizing and leading, as well as understand how to manage innovation to secure the development and growth of the companies.</p> <p> </p> <p>The aim of this course is to develop the students’ theoretical knowledge base and practical ability in innovation management. The course objective is also to increase the knowledge of how considering the conditions and processes of innovation management can contribute to long-lasting advantages and an increase of companies’ competitiveness.</p> <p> </p> <p>The course will deal with:</p> <ul> <li>Types of innovation</li> <li>Technological change</li> <li>Theories of innovation</li> <li>Sources of innovation</li> <li>The process of innovation</li> <li>Intellectual Property Rights</li> <li>Innovation strategy</li> <li>Funding innovation</li> <li>Managing innovation</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>The course is given in English.</p> <p> </p> <p>Read more about the course in the course syllabus.</p> <p> </p> <p>You can apply for this course in two different set of courses. As a Bachelor course in entrepreneurship and innovation 15 credits or as a Bachelor course and a degree project in entrepreneurship and innovation 30 credits. The latter is only open for students who also have Swedish eligibility. Entry requirements

General and at least 60 ECTS credits in Business Administration from undergraduate level studies.
