<p>From cross-cultural leadership to global strategy - learn what it takes to succeed in international business.</p><p>In this course, you will learn about the nature and scope of international business and multinational enterprises. You will discuss the following topics and relate them to theoretical and empirical findings: </p><ul><li>Causes of competitive advantages related to international business </li><li>Co-ordination of international business activities </li><li>Cross-cultural management</li><li>Current global development in organisation and strategy </li><li>Implications for management at top, middle and front-levels </li><li>Implications for marketing, production, R&D and human resource management </li></ul><p><br/></p>
General and at least 60 ECTS credits in Business Administration from undergraduate level studies.
