<p>Learn how management control systems influence real-world decisions - from budgeting and performance to strategic alignment. </p><p>In this course, you will get a broad overview of management control systems and their interplay with organisations and its environment. You will learn about the management control of different organisations, problems in the management control systems and development of new management control techniques. </p><p>During the course, you will explore: </p><ul><li>the interplay between management control, organisational design and strategic control </li><li>the historical evolution of management control </li><li>Scandinavian tradition in management control </li><li>financial responsibility and transfer pricing mechanisms </li><li>budgeting and performance measurement (financial and non-financial) </li><li>management control in different contexts.</li></ul><p> </p><p> </p>

Entry requirements

General and at least 60 ECTS credits in Business Administration from undergraduate level studies.
