<p>Are you curious about how projects work and how to lead them successfully? This course gives you practical skills and deeper knowledge in project management.</p><p>You’ll start by learning what project management is and why it matters. Then, you’ll learn more about how projects are planned, managed, scheduled and completed. Along the way, you will explore key areas like: </p><ul><li>project dimensions and types </li><li>project planning </li><li>traditional and agile approach </li><li>project life cycle and environment </li><li>project leadership and team management </li><li>risk management </li><li>learning and knowledge in a project environment.</li></ul>
General and at least 60 ECTS credits in Business Administration from undergraduate level studies.
