<p>Circular services such as second-hand, repair and rental are essential for a sustainable future. But how can businesses make these solutions profitable and scalable? This course explores the role of logistics in the circular economy.</p><p>Circular trade is about creating business models that reduce waste and extend product lifecycles. Services like second-hand, repair and rental are central to more sustainable consumption. Yet, for companies, making these solutions profitable and scalable is a challenge. This is where logistics plays a crucial role.</p><p>In this course, you will learn how logistics networks and material flows can be adapted to meet the demands of a circular economy. You will gain insight into how transport, warehousing and returns management affect both costs and environmental impact. By analysing real case studies, you will develop practical skills to evaluate and improve circular solutions.</p><p>The course provides an understanding of how businesses can combine sustainability with profitability and how logistics can become a strategic factor for long-term success.
