<p>Do you want to understand how products and services impact the environment throughout their entire life cycle? This course gives you knowledge of environmental systems analysis and life cycle assessment - tools that help you make sustainable decisions.</p><p>Environmental systems analysis and life cycle assessment are key methods for understanding how products and services affect the environment. This course provides an in-depth understanding of these tools and their complexity.</p><p>You will learn to analyse environmental impact from a holistic perspective and discuss strategies for reducing it. The course encourages critical thinking and reflection on how sustainability assessments are carried out in practice.</p><p>It can be taken as a stand-alone option and is ideal for students interested in environmental issues, sustainable development and decision-making based on scientific methods.</p>
120 ECTS credits. Minimum of 6 ECTS credits should be within enviromental science, evironmentally sustainable development, evironmental systems analysis or similar. English 6/English level 2.
