<p>How has European architecture developed over the centuries? In this course, you will explore the language of architecture and its principles and discover how architecture reflects the ideals and technical development of its time.</p><p>This course provides a broad introduction to European architecture from a historical perspective, from antiquity to the modern era. You will study how architecture has expressed aesthetic ideals and technical capability across different periods.</p><p>The course is suitable for anyone interested in the history of architecture and in understanding the interplay between, for example, aesthetic and technical considerations in architecture.
