<p>Discover how artificial intelligence (AI) is transforming business and driving innovation. Learn to recognise not only its opportunities but also the ethical and organisational challenges it brings.</p><p>This course introduces you to the rapidly growing field of AI and how it is used in business. Designed for students from different backgrounds without prior knowledge of AI, the course provides a conceptual understanding of AI technologies, their potential for solving problems within organisations and creating value. </p><p>You will learn about data aspects relating to AI, such as determining the types of data needed for specific use cases and the importance of data quality in AI-driven decisions. You will also explore challenges and resistance toward AI, including resistance from users and employees, along with the legal and ethical concerns.</p>
