The course provides technical foundations, methods for analysis, and perspectives on democratic values.</p><p>The course covers international intelligence cooperation between different states, as well as intelligence cooperation at national level between various types of authorities and corresponding stakeholders. Particular emphasis is placed on international intelligence cooperation in signals intelligence.</p>
