<p>Architecture shapes the future, tackling challenges like environmental change, urban development and social cohabitation. This master's programme equips you with design skills, theoretical and methodological insights and hands-on experience to create meaningful spaces for tomorrow’s world.</p><p>This master’s programme explores how architectural design can address contemporary societal challenges. You will develop the ability to design complex and innovative architecture by integrating materiality, structure and spatial order to create meaningful spaces for both individuals and communities. </p><p>The programme addresses contemporary issues such as environmental change, housing shortages and urban segregation, equipping you with the tools to approach these challenges creatively. </p><p>It also trains you in architectural design as a method for thinking and understanding, where architecture becomes a critical force in addressing social, economic, ecological and cultural issues. </p><p>The programme is offered by LTH, Lunds Tekniska Högskola, The Faculty of Engineering at Lund University. It benefits from the university’s strong international network and the dynamic Copenhagen-Malmö region, providing a broader context for your studies. Leading architects and designers are regularly invited as guest lecturers, and you will have opportunities to exhibit your work to a public audience. </p><p>The School of Architecture at Lund University offers state-of-the-art facilities, including personal workspaces, digital fabrication labs with 3D printers and laser cutters, and fully equipped workshops. Entry requirements

A Bachelor’s degree in architecture. A digital portfolio of the applicant’s own work in the field that clearly proves that the applicant has good potential to benefit from the programme. English 6.
