<p>How do you lead people and organisations through complexity and change? This programme develops your critical and reflective skills to analyse organisational challenges and make well-grounded management decisions.</p><p>Managing People, Knowledge and Change prepares students to become managers and leaders who understand the complex challenges organisations face today. In this programme, you will learn to identify and solve real-world organisational challenges while strengthening your decision-making skills across areas such as organisational development, strategic human resource management, leadership, knowledge management, creativity and innovation, sustainability, and the role of culture, identity and values in organisations. </p><p>The programme adopts a student-centred approach to teaching and learning, placing strong emphasis on independent thinking and critical reflection on dominant perspectives in management and organisations. Students are expected to be curious, communicative and collaborative, practising complex problem-solving together, through case work and in dialogue with their peers and teachers. You will learn to become reflective and responsible practitioners, equipped with the competence to ask the right questions. </p><p>The programme collaborates with organisations across diverse industries, which regularly contribute through guest lectures and seminars. Alumni of the programme remain actively involved, contributing as visiting lecturers, organising workshops, and engaging with students to share valuable industry insights and career perspectives.</p><p> </p><p> </p>

Entry requirements

An undergraduate degree (BA/BSc) with at least 60 credits in business administration or the equivalent. English course 6 (advanced proficiency).
