<p>How to analyze and model variation in biological applications.</p><p>The course start withdescriptive statistics, populations and samples as wellas elementary probability theory and standard distributions. Further we treat tests and confidence intervals, correlation, regression, analysis of variance, Chi-square-tests and non-parametric methods. Entry requirements
General requirements and studies equivalent of courses Biology 2, Physics 1a or 1b1+1b2, Chemistry 2 and Mathematics 4/D from Swedish Upper Secondary School.
