<p>How to analyze and model variation in science applications.</p><p>The course start withdescriptive statistics, populations and samples as wellas elementary probability theory and standard distributions. Further we treat tests and confidence intervals, correlation, regression, analysis of variance, Chi-square-tests and non-parametric methods. Another important part is working with standard statistical programs.</p>

Entry requirements

English course 6/B (advanced proficiency) and 90 ECTS credits in Science, Technology, Engineering and/or Mathematics.
