<p>The course gives you an ability to perform calculations and derivations using a modern quantum mechanical formalism, especially in vector spaces with continuous eigenvalue spectra. You should also achieve an improved ability to assimilate the contents of research articles in modern physics and be able to apply the formalism on concrete physical problems.</p><p>https://canvas.education.lu.se/courses/12023</p>

Entry requirements

Admission to the course requires at least 75 credits in physics and 45 credits in mathematics, or at least 30 credits in physics and 90 credits in mathematics, or a bachelor's degree in physics, physical chemistry or equivalent. General entry requirements and English 6/B.
