<p>Explore new ways of performing music by combining it with visual art. Create a Plastic Extension - your own artwork based on a music piece of your choice. Interpret music through collaboration, reflection, and hands-on experiences like museum visits and exhibitions.</p><p>In this course, you will explore new ways of interpreting music through other forms of art - beyond the traditional use of musical instruments. You will create a unique artwork, called a 'Plastic Extension', based on a music piece of your choice. </p><p>Together with the instructor, you and your fellow students will reflect, collaborate, and experiment creatively to develop different versions of your Plastic Extensions. </p><p>Course activities include presentations, a public seminar, two visits to Skissernas Museum in Lund, creating your own Plastic Extension, a concert, and a public exhibition. </p>

Entry requirements

General entry requirements and specific entry requirements: 7,5 credits completed from a musician programme or music teacher programme or equivalent.
