<p>This course gives you the knowledge and tools to understand, manage and improve quality in organisations. You will explore how quality work has developed over time and how today’s tools, models and strategies can help improve results. </p><p>The course is divided into three parts. First, you learn how quality management has developed over time. Then, you explore key ideas, tools and models used to manage and improve quality in organisations. Finally, you learn how to assess and measure how well an organisation works with quality.</p>

Entry requirements

Bachelor's degree that includes at least 180 credits, of which at least 90 credits or equivalent in social sciences, business administration or equivalent. English 6/English B.
