<p>Do you want to understand Yiddish on a deeper level and use the language more independently? In this course, you’ll develop your language skills through practical exercises and analyses, and work with texts, audio and video materials.</p><p>In this first of two introductory courses in Yiddish, you build on what you learned at the beginner level. You deepen your knowledge of morphology, syntax, and vocabulary. Your oral and written language skills improve, while you explore the social and cultural contexts relevant to Yiddish language use.</p>

General eligibility and knowledge corresponding to YIDB02 Yiddish: Language and Literature, 15 ECTS credits.
