The course provides an introduction to scientific theory, goal formulation, hypotheses and research questions. You will learn both qualitative and quantitative methods, results analysis and descriptive statistics. You will also practice academic writing, information retrieval and research ethics. You will develop the skills you need to plan and carry out a degree project.
Entry requirements
At least 60 credits in computer science with progression including 5 credits of academic writing.
