The course aims to introduce techniques and tools needed to construct and analyze performance models of data networks and communication systems. It will be increasingly important in the future to have comprehensive knowledge of how to model and simulate various application scenarios related to communication systems and computer networks.

Entry requirements

Computer Engineering, 45 credits, including programming 10 credits, and Computer Engineering MA, TCP/IP. Mathematics, 25 credits, including statistics or stochastic processes.
