The course deals with adult learning as the type of learning expressed in theories of adult learning and adult didactics. Particular focus is placed on the conditions for adult learning within organisations.

Entry requirements

A completed Bachelor’s degree of at least 180 credits, including an independent project (degree project) of 15 credits, in Education or a corresponding main field of study, or a completed teacher education degree of at least 180 credits, including an independent project (degree project) of 15 credits. In addition, proficiency in Swedish and English equivalent to the general entry requirements for Swedish higher education at the first cycle is required.
