Kursen behandlar vuxnas lärande så som denna typ av lärande uttrycks i teorier om vuxnas lärande. Särskilt fokuseras förutsättningar och villkor för vuxnas lärande inom organisationer.

Entry requirements

A completed degree of at least 180 credits, including a 15-credit independent project (thesis) in education or a corresponding field, or a completed teacher education degree of at least 180 credits with a 15-credit thesis. Proficiency in Swedish and English equivalent to the general entry requirements for higher education in Sweden is also required.
