Kursen behandlar ledarskap i förhållande till verksamhetsutveckling. Särskilt fokuseras förutsättningar och villkor för ledarskap och utveckling inom pedagogiska verksamheter. I kursen berörs både teorier och forskning om ledarskap i förhållande till verksamhetsutveckling.

Entry requirements

A completed degree of at least 180 credits, including an independent project (degree project) of 15 credits, in the main field of education (pedagogy) or an equivalent main field, or a completed teacher education degree of at least 180 credits with an independent project (degree project) of 15 credits. In addition, proficiency in Swedish and English is required, corresponding to the general entry requirements for first-cycle higher education in Sweden.
