Kursen syftar till att ge den studerande grundläggande kunskap om barns rättigheter och rättsliga ställning genom ett socialrättsligt perspektiv.<br>Centrala begrepp och principer såsom barnets bästa, barnets rätt, etc. att komma till tals gås igenom tillsammans med den rättsliga regleringen av det offentligrättsliga skyddet för barn och unga i samhället.<br>
Entry requirements
Juridik GR (A), Juridisk översiktskurs 15 hp alt. motsvarande, eller Socialt arbete GR (A), Juridik för socialt arbete 1, 12 hp.
