Kursen ger dig fördjupade teoretiska och praktiska kunskaper om mikroskopi, diffraktion, spektroskopi och termisk analys och om hur dessa metoder kan anvÀndas för att studera nanomaterial, mikrostrukturer och ytor.
Entry requirements
Teknisk fysik GR (C), SjÀlvstÀndigt arbete, 15 hp, eller alternativt avlagd kandidatexamen eller högskoleingenjörsexamen om minst 180 hp i fysik, teknisk fysik, kemi, elektroteknik eller motsvarande. I utbildningen pÄ grundnivÄ ska minst 60 hp fysik eller teknisk fysik och 30 hp matematik ingÄ. Engelska 6 eller Engelska nivÄ 2 frÄn svenskt gymnasium eller motsvarande.
