The course involves further studies concerning the rules of the conditions for attribution of responsibility. The issues of capacity to be and be held accountable (children, mentally retarded), all components of the criminal concept (defenses, subjective approach, etc.) as well as participation are considered. The course also includes further studies on the construction of critical and alternative perspectives on criminal law.

Entry requirements

165 hp på grundnivå i rättsvetenskap på Juristprogrammet där 10 hp i straffrätt ingår. Dessutom krävs Svenska 3/Svenska nivå 3.
