This course builds on Improvisation I, Second Cycle, and gives the student an opportunity to delve deeper into various improvisation strategies for solo and ensemble formats. The student also get to practice independently designing departure points for improvisation-based ensemble playing. The course also covers ethical and aesthetic aspects related to music performance and ensemble playing.
