Agile Project Management – From Idea to Working Solution In this course, you’ll gain hands-on experience managing projects the agile way. The focus is on practical project work, where you and your team plan, design, implement, document, and present an IT-based information system that evolves based on requirements and needs identified throughout the project. Your practical work is supported by theoretical insights that build a strong understanding of the principles and practices behind agile project management. You’ll learn how flexibility, collaboration, and continuous improvement drive successful projects — even when conditions change. This course is ideal for anyone looking to strengthen their ability to work in agile IT projects and gain a deep understanding of how theory and practice come together in modern project management.
