The course is aimed at you that have an interest in biology and that want to deepen your knowledge within physiology. The course is focused on the physiological function of the human organ systems and deals with structural and functional organ theory with a focus on systems and mechanisms for circulation, respiration, excretion, nutrition and metabolism. Hormonal and nervous integration, sense organs and muscle physiology are also included. In addition to lectures and group exercises, the course includes laboratory sessions as well as project work with deepening and training of various forms of presentation techniques.
General entry requirements + Biology 2, Physics 1a or 1b1+1b2, Chemistry 2 and Mathematics 3b or Mathematics 3c or Mathematics C. Or: Biology level 2, Physics level 1b or level 1a1+1a2, Chemistry level 2, Mathematics Further level 1b or level 1c
