Rätten till asyl är en av de mer politiskt laddade rättigheterna i en global och rörlig värld. I den här kursen studerar vi asylrätten ur ett juridiskt, politiskt, historiskt och filosofiskt perspektiv. Hur ser svensk och europeisk migrations- och flyktingpolitik ut? Vilka principer vilar den på? Vem har rätt till asyl idag och i framtiden? Vad innebär begreppet mänskliga rättigheter i mötet med människor som sett sig tvungna att lämna sitt hemland? Vi behandlar internationell, europeisk och svensk lagstiftning och praxis på området.
Entry requirements
Grundläggande behörighet. Mänskliga rättigheter 45 hp eller motsvarande.
