Kursen behandlar FN:s konvention om barnets rättigheter och andra relevanta konventioner. Med exempel från Sverige och internationellt, granskas begreppet "barnets bästa" och rättigheter relaterade till barnets utveckling och föräldrarnas ansvar, liksom innebörden av ett barnrättsperspektiv i genomförandet av barnkonventionen samt dess relation till svensk rättspraxis.
Entry requirements
Grundläggande behörighet. 15hp kurser inom Mänskliga rättigheter eller motsvarande.
