Kursen introducerar ett ledarskaps- och hälsoperspektiv på individers och gruppers förändring och behandlar teorier om kommunikation, grupprocesser och konflikter som verktyg för att analysera samspel inom olika verksamheter. Utöver föreläsningar och gruppdiskussioner genomförs praktiska samtalsövningar och gruppdynamiska övningar med utgångspunkt i ett salutogent perspektiv på hälsa.
