The maintenance of museum specimens and catalogues demands great expertise and handling skills, and this course will introduce collection procedures and database handling methods. The integration and subsequent publication and use of digitized information contained in data repositories (collections; observational databases), will be presented and students train the use of web-services to retrieve desired information.
Entry requirements
Admittance to the course requires knowledge equivalent to a Bachelor's degree in Biology. Swedish upper secondary school course English 6.
