Environmental issues are increasingly important in physical planning as they are complex, intertwined with other policy areas and require a broad analysis to identify potential solutions and different stakeholder perspectives. The course will give you knowledge about theory, methods and practice within physical planning with Swedish examples. The course is part of Master's Programme in Environmental Management and Physical Planning but can also be read as a separate course.
Admission to the course requires a Bachelor's degree containing at least 90 credits of one the following subjects; biology-earth sciences, biology, Earth sciences, geography, environmental sciences or urban and regional planning. Or 15 ECTS credits from Master's Programme in Urban and Regional Planning. Swedish upper secondary school course English 6.
