This course provides in-depth training in reading and analyzing advanced Arabic non-fiction text in translation. Within the course students will read and analyze different types of translated Arabic non-fiction text, by focusing on the genres, contexts and authors of the chosen texts. The course will also deal with relevant theories and methods.
Entry requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Middle Eastern Languages and Cultures, or equivalent. English 6.
