Organisationspedagogik studerar utveckling i och av organisationer ur olika pedagogiska perspektiv. Kursen syftar till att fördjupa kunskapen om hur människor i arbetslivet organiserar sig för att utveckla social ordning, kompetens och identitet. I kursen behandlas särskilt begrepp rörande lärande på individ-, grupp och organisationsnivå och (delat) ledarskap.

Entry requirements

Bachelor´s degree of 180 credits in social sciences or humanities, including a thesis of 15 credits. English B. English 6 or equivalent.
