The course deals with theatre and performance studies with a focus on gender and feminism and consists of the following parts: Part 1 introduces and discusses theatre and performance studies, intersectional gender theory and feminist theory from a contemporary perspective. Part 2 expands the understanding of theatre and performance studies, intersectional gender theory and feminist theory in relation to performing arts, public performances and performances of everyday life.
