Kursen behandlar sannolikhetsteorins grunder, simultana och betingade fördelningar, speciellt flerdimensionell normalfördelning, betingat väntevärde och varians, transformer samt stokastisk konvergens och gränsvärdessatser. Kursen består av följande delar: Del 1: Teori (Theory) 6.0 hp. Del 2: Inlämningsuppgifter (Hand-in assignments) 1.5 hp.
Entry requirements
For admission to the course, knowledge equivalent to Mathematics II - Analysis, part A, 7,5 hp (MM5010), Mathematics II - Linear Algebra, 7,5 hp (MM5012) and Probability Theory I, 7,5 hp (MT3001) is required.
