Den fristÄende kursen Offentlig upphandling grundas pÄ den specialkurs som ges vid Juridicum i Stockholm sedan Är 2003. Kursen ger en mycket bra grundlÀggande utbildning om det rÀttsliga regelverket för offentlig upphandling och för upphandling inom försörjningssektorerna. Kursen ges dessutom i huvudsak pÄ distans, online och pÄ kvÀllstid, vilket innebÀr att Àven personer som inte bor i Stockholm kan delta i utbildningen.
