Code: FK5015
Time-dependent perturbation theory, emission and absorption of radiation, angular momentum and spin. Atoms, molecules, condensed matter on an introductory level. Orientation about the atomic nucleus: its structure, nuclear models, excited states, decay modes, transition probabilities. The acquired knowledge is useful for advanced studies in radiation physics, for teachers and for other activities connected with science or technology.
Access to the course requires knowledge equivalent to the course Quantum mechanics I (FK5011).
Each offering has its own dates and conditions. Closed offerings are retained as history and do not mean that a new application is open.
