The project is an individual work that is carried out in a research group under supervision. A detailed work plan is produced by the student in cooperation with the supervising teacher before the projects starts. The project is to be based on a task that is connected with the ongoing research activity of a research department or a business organization. The aim of the projectcourse is also to develop skills in planning and executing experiments as well as analyzing data, which will prepare the student for examwork.

Entry requirements

15 ECTS at advanced level in Molecular Biology in a subject corresponding to subject of the project. English proficiency equivalent to English 6/level 2 from Swedish Upper secondary education. Basic entrance requirements for higher studies in Swedish language proficiency is also required if the course is taught in Swedish.
