Kursen inriktas på studier av teorier om ledarskap. Ledarskap som påverkansprocess studeras och analyseras utifrån olika teoretiska perspektiv och exemplifieras utifrån verksamheter inom idrottens område. Grupprocesser och ledning av grupper/team behandlas. Särskild uppmärksamhet ägnas åt att kritiskt analysera och problematisera ledarskap och kompetensförsörjningsprocesser från ett mångfaldsperspektiv.
