Kursen syftar till att ge en översikt över juridiken i samhället med fokus på de normer d.v.s. lagar och sedvänjor, som reglerar juridiska och fysiska personers relationer inbördes, med samhället, med organisationer och med enskilda individer. I kursen behandlas bland annat följande områden: juridisk introduktion och juridisk metod, personrätt, avtalsrätt, köprätt, arbetsrätt, straff- och processrätt.
