Efter avslutad kurs skall studenten kunna 1. översiktligt redogöra för grundläggande strukturer i matematiskt tänkande 2. arbeta med de olika talsystemen, funktioner, komplexa tal, polynom, och trigonometriska funktioner. 3. arbeta med vektorer samt lösa linjära ekvationssystem i två och tre variabler 4. lösa geometriska problem med vektorer.
